100% of payment is required in order to confirm the space. You will receive an invoice by email which is payable by credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Over 7 days in advance: Full refund
2-7 days in advance: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours: Non-refundable

Note: Date changes must be requested 7+ days in advance, or they will be subject to the above cancellation fees

​EQUIPMENT
Your booking includes full use of our inventory of lighting equipment and props. The client is responsible for any damage to property due to misuse or negligence.
​
Use of our paper backdrops are included at no charge.
Any backdrop that is pulled to the ground incurs a $15 fee per pull.

STUDIO RULES
Booking includes setup and clean-up times. If you need to load in using the freight elevator, arrive 15 minutes early. Please allow time to clean and reset the space before you leave. You must be out of the space by the end of your booking time or you will be charged another hour plus an overtime fee.

No tape, command strips, nails or screws on walls.
No smoking in building.
No photography in hallway, stairways, elevator, or fire escape.
No shattered glass, paint, melted wax, glitter, or smashed food.
No bulk trash items larger than garbage bag.

Failure to comply with these general rules will result in a $250 fee.
